Felicia Choyce, DNP, MSN, MHA, RN, PMHNP-BC, serves as Founder and Executive Director of Mind Reach Behavioral Health & Wellness, PLLC. As a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, licensed advanced practice registered nurse, multi-state mental health provider, and telepsychiatry provider, she brings advanced training in nursing, psychiatry, and healthcare administration to every visit.
